TFF is proud of having been involved in creating awareness about the Nobel Peace Prize since 2007. The good news is that there is now a new, real Nobel Peace Prize (see below) in the spirit of both Alfred Nobel and the late Fredrik Heffermehl, who became a world-leading expert on the old prize and also made possible the new one. It will be awarded on November 10 in Oslo.
We constantly adapt TFF to what we see as global trends. That means new people on board, new projects and outreach. For instance, you may now find a special menu on the Xinjiang Province in China - and much more will soon be posted about that immensely culturally rich province.
We also have to adapt to Google/YouTube’s cancellation of Jan Oberg (no reason given), so TFF YouTube, which contains hundreds of peace videos, is now an archive we can no longer access!
More about this example of the decaying freedom of Western media here. We did not recognise that peace is that controversial today!
The “Trump or Harris” media coverage is sadly indicative of the West’s obsession with individuals rather than systems and with itself - and of how little is left of democracy. (See the “No Extermination…” article below).
These two candidates have neither the intellectual capacity nor the will to promote a more peaceful world or sane US/West. They are militarism lovers and genocide supporters, and their hateful, visionless campaigns speak volumes about the unstoppable decline of the West (11% of humanity). And that is good for the Rest - 89%. (See “The West has become seriously ill…” below).
Neither will respect and strengthen the UN, its Charter or international law, which is so tragically in need of our support.
